Before I decided to make a career for myself in Photography I studied Hospitality Management and worked as a trainee chef in the Midlands; in one of South Africa’s top restaurants and worked as a Head Housekeeper and Duty Manager at a five star Hotel in Constantia, Cape Town. I have always remained passionate about hospitality and food and believe that with this background and attention to detail that I can capture an establishment with complete professionalism.
It is best to shoot an establishment over three days to make sure we capture all the necessities: Rooms, Public Areas, Reception, Facilities, Activities, Restaurant, Food, Staff etc. This also depends on the size of the establishment and what is required of the clients.
Depending on the location of the establishment travel fees and accommodation bookings may apply.
All Hotel, Lodge and Food prices are custom made according to the clients requirements.
